Cemetery & Parks Meeting
August 11, 2014

The meeting was opened at 7:05PM present were, Ray Boyes, Tubby Boucher, John Barett, Roger Rapoza and Pam Haman.
Minutes and bills from July meeting were approved and signed.
Superintendents Report:
Clean up around the bird bath garden and path continue. Stone pathway to be added.
Fence repair work at Hillside cemetery needs to be done the iron post have become dislodged from the granite post. A quote was gotten for the work to do the whole fence will be an expensive project. The project could be done in sections with the front sections needing the most attention being done first as a trial. John Barrett moved to use a $1,000.00 from the Amanda Dwight Unrestricted Cemetery Trust fund to repair/replace fence. Tubby second all were in favor motion carried.
Water line project up to Avenue 5 replacing and updating lines.
Work continues at Howard Park. Roger will contact school about fall usage for cross country.
Next Year’s Projects:
Adams Dam and swimming area.
The Commissioners commended Roger and crew for the work they have done on the repair and upkeep of the gazebo.
